Terms & Conditions.

Payment.

-Payment is due in full on drop off day. We accept bank transfer or cash.

Drop off arrangements.

-We aim to be as flexible as possible. We normally arrange a mutually agreeable time a few days before the date. We are happy with early starts but no later than 6pm. 
-Please can customers arrive at their agreed allocated time slot.
-We have a lay by for parking opposite the entrance, please do not block the gates.
-If you are delayed from your holiday please contact us as soon as possible. If your pet needs to stay with us any longer you will be charged for any additional nights.
-We are unable to offer any refunds if you decide to collect your pet before the end of the booking date.

Health concerns and emergencies.

-If we have any concern regarding you pet we will initially try to contact you. Please ensure we have your up to date contact details.
-If we can not speak to you and you pet requires treatment we will take it to the vet.
-We will always aim to use your own vet but depending on the circumstances we may take them to the local vet we are registered with. (This may enable quicker treatment)
-Any vet bills are the responsibility of the owner.
-Westbank’s Yard does not accept any responsibility should your pet become unwell or pass away whilst in our care.
-Should any pet sadly pass away whilst in our care we do not have the facility to keep them. Your pet will be taken to the vet for you to make your own personal arrangements on your return.

Vaccination records

 - Vaccination certificates must be up to date and presented on arrival.
